Service Description

Join us for a free informational pelvic floor workshop for any mom, young or mature! Focusing on healthy habits, lifestyle, and exercise to improve one of they key assets to a healthy core and body. You may bring a yoga mat to sit on if you'd like.

Cancellation Policy

Any morning classes must be cancelled by 8pm the night before or you will be charged a $12 drop in fee.
